Freshmen & Sophomore Singers
Concert Choir is made up of freshmen and sophomore singers of all experience levels and vocal ranges. Students develop healthy vocal technique and strengthen their musicianship while performing a wide variety of choral literature at concerts, festivals, and district and state contests.
Junior & Senior Singers
Symphonic Choir is made up of junior and senior singers across all vocal ranges. Following voice placement, students continue developing advanced vocal technique and musicianship while performing challenging choral literature at concerts, festivals, and district and state contests.
Auditioned Ensemble
Vocal Ensemble is an auditioned ensemble for sophomores, juniors, and seniors. Advanced vocal students rehearse and perform at a higher technical and artistic level through challenging repertoire and choreographed performances. Vocal Ensemble represents UA Vocal Music at concerts, festivals, school and community events, and district and state contests throughout the year.
Treble Choir, Grades 9–12
Bel Canto is a treble choir for students in grades 9–12 that meets before school twice each week. It gives students an additional opportunity to sing while developing vocal technique and musicianship through a wide variety of choral literature. Bel Canto performs at concerts and school and community events throughout the year
Tenor/Bass Choir, Grades 9–12
Camerata is a tenor/bass choir for students in grades 9–12 that meets before school twice each week. It gives students an additional opportunity to sing while developing vocal technique and musicianship through a wide variety of choral literature. Camerata performs at concerts and school and community events throughout the year.
